My very short stay was a good experience. All facilities were provided. Location is good both railway anit bus station are almost walking distance. Good hotel are available in close proximity of the hotel

We stayed for about 16 hours but they have charged 200 extra as early check in. Room was very congested. We have to approach 3 times for geyser working mobile charging etc. The shower was broken.

Hotel location is good. Easy access to shared auto and local transport. In market. Hotel premise is good. Have lift facility too in case of elderly person. Hygiene is average.

Dirty and smelly rooms
stinky and shabby lighting bedsheets were not clean and ac was not working properly bathroom was not properly kept

Very bad experience at hotel due to no service provide by hotel staff and also room is pathetic no toiletry acerreries provide by hotel, dont stay there

The rooms were of poor quality, Toilet was broken with seat, very dirty. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room cleaning and mattress not good. There is welcome drinking water no. Tea etc. Room is not as shown on sites.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff was cordial, we enquired about hotels in rishikesh since it was peak season there, one of the reception guys arranged stay for us there too. They gave us a balcony room and not the backside one but the wifi could not be reached there.
